Acceptance
By accessing or using Dealwright, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The Service
Dealwright is an AI-powered deal pipeline tool for evaluating potential business acquisitions. The service is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. Nothing in Dealwright constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. Always verify financial data independently and consult qualified professionals before making acquisition decisions.
Account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Dealwright.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- One account per person.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscription & Payment
- Dealwright is $14/month, billed monthly via Stripe.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
- If a payment fails, access to the service may be suspended until payment is resolved.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Dealwright for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the AI models or proprietary logic underlying the service.
- Upload content you do not have the right to share or process.
- Abuse, overload, or otherwise interfere with the service infrastructure.
- Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission.
Your Data
You retain ownership of all deal data you upload. By uploading content, you grant Dealwright a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content for the purpose of delivering the service — this includes transmitting content to Anthropic's API for AI extraction and to Firecrawl for URL scraping. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models.
AI Disclaimer
AI-generated deal extractions and analysis may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You must independently verify all financial data before acting on it. Dealwright is not a financial advisor, legal advisor, or investment advisor. Nothing generated by the service constitutes professional advice of any kind.
Intellectual Property
Dealwright's software, user interface, brand, and all associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of Dealwright. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service during your active subscription. No other rights are granted.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings. Upon termination, your access to the service ends and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dealwright's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. The governing state will be specified when our legal entity is formally established.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
